Full text: 

Patris sapientia, veritas divina, 
Deus homo captus est hora matutina.
Notis a discipulis cito derelictus,
A Iudaeis traditus, venditus [et] afflictus.

English translation: 

Wisdom of the Father, divine truth, the God who became man was made prisoner in the morning hour.
Quickly abandoned by the known disciples, betrayed by the Jews, sold and beaten down.
