Beata et venerabilis virgo, quae sine tactu pudoris mater inventa es salvatoris. Iacebat in praesepio et fulgebat in caelo.

Caeli terraeque maris inferni creator, auctor perpetuus, dominus immensae maiestatis iacebat in praesepio et fulgebat in celo.

English translation: 

Blessed and venerable virgin, who without change in chastity, were found (to be) the mother of the Savior. He lay in the crib and shone in heaven.

The maker of heaven, earth, see and the nether world, the perpetual founder, the God of immense majesty lay in the crib and shone in heaven.
