Imperatrix reginarum
Et salvatrix animarum,
Pretiosa margarita,
Rosa gelu non attrita.

Mater dei, virgo pia
Nos tuere in hac via,
O dulcis Maria.

English translation: 

Empress of Queens and saviour of souls, precious pearl, rose not attrited by the frost.

Mother of God, pious virgin, protect us on the path at hand, o sweet Mary.
