Full text: 

Fortitudo latuit <in> mente divina,
Talem mortem subiit vitae medicina.
Heu, gloriae corona iacuit in spina.

English translation: 

The strength hid in the mind of God.
Such a death suffered (our) life´s medicine, alack, the crown of glory lay thrown down.
