Full text:

Prodiit puer de puella
Sana castitatis cella,
Sicut exiit lux de stella
Et de sole radius.

Verbum quidem introivit
Atque verbum hinc exivit
Et sic tuus parturiit
Venter viri nescius.

Sic est factus homo deus
Ne periret homo reus,
Quod si crederet Iudaeus
Non esset in miseria.

Res a saeclis inaudita,
Quod puella parit ita
Et quod ita sint unita
Caelestia terrestribus.

Gloriosa mater dei,
Mater magni Nazarei,
Mater Iesu, nostrae spei
Mater misericordiae.

Te precamur tu precare
Tuum natum nos iuvare,
Fac nos tecum habitare
Paradisi gloriam.

English translation:

A child came forth from a virgin, an intact cell of chastity, like the light came out of a star and the ray from the sun.

The Word in truth entered and  the Word hence came out and similarly your womb gave birth without knowing man.

And so God is made man so that the guilty man may not succumb, a fact that if the Jew would believe in it, he would not be in misery.

A thing unheard before on earth, that a virgin gives birth in this manner and that thus the celestial things are united with the terrestrial.

Glorious mother of God, mother of the great Nazarene, mother of Jesus, of our hope, mother of mercy.

We pray you that you may pray your born to help us, (and) that you may let us inhabit with you the glory of Heaven.
