Full text: 

O domine Iesu Christe adoro te in cruce vulneratum, felle et aceto potatum. Deprecor te ut tua vulnera quinque sint remedium animae meae.

English translation: 

O Lord Jesus Christ, I adore thee wounded on the cross, given gall and vinegar to drink. I beseech thee that thy five wounds may be the salvation of my soul.
