Rubum quem viderat Moyses incombustum conservatam agnovimus tuam laudabilem virginitatem. Dei genitrix intercede pro nobis.

English translation: 

The bramble-bush that Moses saw unburnt, we recognized as your preserved praiseworthy virginity. Mother of God intercede for us.
