Full text: 

Quando natus es ineffabiliter de virgine, tunc impletae sunt scripturae. Sicut pluvia in vellus descendisti ut salvum faceres genus humanum. Te laudamus deus noster.

English translation: 

When you were born unutterably of a virgin, then the scriptures were fulfilled. Like rain you descended on the fleece in order to save mankind. We praise you, our God.
