Iesus dominus expiravit
Heli clamans animam
Patri commendavit.

Latus eius lancea
Miles perforavit.
Terra contremuit
Et sol obscuravit.

English translation: 

The Lord Jesus breathed His last breath, and crying out “Heli” He commended His spirit to the father.

The soldier pierced His side with the lance, the earth trembled and the sun eclipsed.
