Full text: 

Anna te mundo genuit beata
Tu bonam nobis peperisti pacem
Nos tibi fusi veniam rogamus,
Virgo Maria.

 

English translation: 

The blessed Ann gave birth to you for the world.
You brought forth the good peace for us, we, knelt down, beg you for forgiveness, virgin Mary.
