Spiritus domini replevit orbem terrarum alleluia et hoc quod continet omnia, scientiam habet vocis alleluia.

English translation: 

The spirit of the Lord hath filled the world. Alleluia, and that which holdeth all things together hath knowledge of every voice. Alleluia.
