Nostras preces cum fletibus.

Scrutator alme cordium
Infirma tu scis virium,
Ad te reversis exhibe
Remissionis gratiam.

English translation: 

Listen, kind creator, to our prayers and weepings.

Mighty observer of the hearts, you know the unsteadiness of (our) strengths, show the grace of remission to those that turned to you.
